We offer credit card payments on-line by clicking here.   The merchant service charges a fee for each transaction.

Credit card payments will not be accepted at the office.

Any payment received in the office later than 5:00 p.m. on the 15th of each month (unless it is a weekend or holiday) will be considered late and the account will be charged a late fee of $19.74.

Please include your Water Sewer Connection ID on your payment. The Connection ID can be found on your invoice and has the form "wscnnnn" where nnnn are four numbers (e.g. wsc9375).

Most customers choose to have their invoices sent by email – it’s convenient and reduces administrative costs!

Rates

Base Rate: $98 per month

The District offers an annual prepay discount of 5% to those customers who opt to pay 12 months in advance.

The 12 month rate $98.00 x 12 = $1,176.00, less a 5% discount of $58.80 = $1117.20
